This was the first time my husband and I visited this office. I had a eyeglass and contact lens exam. My husband, an eyeglass exam. The staff there are very nice, easy to talk to and helpful. We love our eyeglasses and my contacts are great. Thank you Dr. Ermis for being so personable and Mark fabulous chose on the frames. Thank you for your patience.

I have tried several times to make an appointment with your office and no one returned my calls. I called today, the reception is busy with another patient and wants to put me on hold. Your services were highly recommend, but unfortunately you are too busy or under staffed. I will give my business to someone else. Thank you!

The only place I have ever gone where the prescription didn't work, and they couldn't fix it, didn't get a refund on the glasses. Went to another place and the fixed me right up. Everyone was nice like the dr. Just don't like the policy.

Doctor Ermis of Wharton tx is EXCALLENT! I had an overall positive experience with Dr. Ermis. He is very attentive, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated that he doesn't rush through the appointment and made sure all my questions were answered. Dr. Ermis approach felt thorough and thoughtful, especially when discussing symptoms and possible treatment options. The office environment was also organized Although there is one staff member who wasn't as welcoming, but overall the team created a positive environment
