Priscilla Metcalf MD

Dr. Metcalf is always so patient, kind, and truly listens to what the patient has to say. She takes time to look at all options, and always keeps the patients best interest in mind.

I'm going through the scariest time of my life and have total trust in Dr. Metcalf and her staff. Perhaps if someone has reported unhappiness; they need to look into their behavior, first. This is a highly regarded office.

Dr.. Metcalf is the best eye doctor I have ever had. She is very through and takes the time to answer questions. She did my cataract surgery and I was very happy with it. She is one of the best!!

Dr. Metcalf called in sick and cancelled all her appointments for the day. The appointment was cancelled the same day, so I wasn't at home to receive the message. The front desk receptionist, Kay, was rude to me the moment I entered the office. She was also visibly upset that I showed up to my cancelled appointment. She blamed me for not answering my phone instead of doing her job and trying to reschedule me. I had never felt so awful at any doctor's office or mistreated in this manner. Once Kay tried to help me reschedule, I had already been turned off this establishment. I'm going to drive the extra miles and see a professional doctor in Sugar Land.

Dr. Metcalf is a marvelous doctor. Unfortunately, it is impossible to reach her office. You get an answering machine, and no one calls back. I have had appointments cancelled where no one let me know they had been cancelled.

Thank you Dr Priscilla and her staff (front desk lady and nurse) for helping me get back on the road to corpus! They were fast, professional and showed great customer service! I really appreciate you all for taking care of my eye!!!

Always the best. Really like Dr. METCALF, SHE TAKES TIME TO LISTEN AND EXPLAIN THINGS.

Very kind workers, i was in and out in 20 mins. highly recommended if you're looking for an eye specialist.
