Exceptional Eye Care

I've been taking my kids to Wharton Exceptional Eye Care for years. My experience has always been excellent.The staff has always been very friendly, professional, and they make me feel at ease during my appointments. The doctors are always knowledgeable and explain everything clearly.Highly recommend for all your eye care needs.

The people there are so helpful. My parents also go there & the receptionist is bilingual & she treats us so well. Everyone including the doctors are super nice!

Hands down, one of the best optical businesses around. From scheduling appointments to eyeglass fitting and checkout, the staff here is incredibly friendly and caring. I was initially hesitant to change my optometrist, but they have earned my trust and loyalty. The doctors take the time to explain everything you need to know about your eyesight. I highly recommend this place; you won't be disappointed.

Got a pair of glasses from here about a year ago. Less than a year later, the coating on my lenses have chipped. Never used anything to clean them except lense approved cleaner. I've bought cheaper glasses and the lenses lasted years.

Let me tell you about this doctor both doctors are wonderful doctors the male and female. The young man is awesome and the young lady is too. The receptionist the eyecare team. All them ladies are just remarkable and helping you no matter what they will help you and have patience and that is wonderful because you gotta have patience with me And they did and they always do so if you want a good eye doctor and you want a good service you go to this place and I guarantee you you will see kindness, no matter what and reasonable very reasonable so most insurance but they're very reasonable in price and they have some awesome glasses so guys are recommend you go to this side, Doctor and this side place Anyway love you, girls and the doctors

The workers there are lazy. On the day I went in to look at frames and lenses, I was the only customer in the whole place. There were 2 female workers sitting at desks plus the female receptionist. Not once did anyone ask if they could assist me. When I started asking questions to the receptionist one of the workers then interrupted the conversation, then said that glasses questions should be directed to her or the other worker, not the receptionist, then added that they require customers to make appointments to view frames and workers will answer questions at that time. I left and will never be back.

I received excellent service from Alexandria. My daughter's contacts were on backorder. But she made a call and the contacts were in the next day. She even waited for meme aft closing hours, since I couldn't get off early. I will return for more great service in the future! Thanks Alix!!

The staff at Exceptional Eyecare is wonderful! We have used them for our kids for several years and have never had an issue. This year is my first year and they are very thorough and patient. My glasses are perfect! Thank you so much!!
