Bought 2 pairs of new progressive bi-focal glasses - including prescription sunglasses - at Eyemart Express in Wichita Falls. Absolutely AWESOME Customer Service from Brenda M, start to finish. She really knows her stuff and guided me through the frame selection process. I wanted all the coatings and stuff as in my previous pairs , but I am also used to anti-glare treatment on my lens so they had to be made in the out of office lab and shipped. No Big Deal. Since I live about 50 miles from the store, she suggested that I consider having the store mail them to me versus driving up to get them. Great idea and they arrived right within in the time frame she outlined. They look great, work great and there's no issues with both pairs. Brenda simply got the job done and is such a pleasant and knowledgeable professional. My next pairs are definitely coming from Eyemart Express in the future! Thanks Brenda!!

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing what frames to get. They are upfront and honest about products and pricing. They are patient and will do what they can to assist you. And the best part is you can get your eye exam right across the hall and get your glasses the same day, unless they do not have them in stock. Even then, it only took 4 days to get mine. I highly recommend giving them a chance of you are looking for a new place to get glasses.

Evan and Kelly are so amazing, friendly and helpful. I have been coming here every year for the last few years. Just picked up two pair of eyeglasses today. (Thursday). I ordered them last Saturday. They had to be sent out to get worked on since I got all the bells and whistles done to the lenses. I was AMAZED how quickly they came in. Thank you EyeMart Express. Found my new eyeglass center. In and out on both sides. Eye tests have one side and the other half makes and sells the glasses. Wasn't sure when options were given, but these new bifocals are sweet without the line. That egged me the first time I owned. And the price? Oh man I got 2 pairs for less than Walmart or any other dealer. It was half off on the total. Another dealer $400+ for 1 or 2 frames and no upgrades. Here? $200 and the 2 upgrades.

Upon delivery, two of the three were great, no issues; however, one had variable focus issues. The staff took them with no questions and provided new lenses for that pair within a few hours of bringing them back in. I recommend them wholeheartedly even with my minor problem.

My daughters and I needed new glasses and came in at 330p. The associates immediately greeted us with smiles despite the fact that they were busy. The nice woman helping us verified our insurance, helped us pick out frames and as quickly as possible completed our orders. With three of us getting two pairs each that did take a little time. One of my daughter's glasses was completed while we waited since the lenses were in stock. It took 17 minutes for her two pair to be done. I'm very impressed with the professionalism and time it took to complete for all three of us. We were there about an hour and a half! Great job WF EyeMart! We will be back!
