My office visits have always been fantastic. I love my Dr she's the best ever. The young lady that did my testing was extremely kind and very polite. She was very educational and really took the time to explain everything she was doing. The young lady that helped me with my glasses was super nice and very professional. Overall my experience have always been great. Highly recommend this office. Ariana the technician was freaking AMAZING!!!! Very professional and super kind and went above and beyond to give me the best deal.

First, I want to start by commending Dr. York -- he is truly exceptional. His professionalism, care, and expertise are outstanding, and I plan to continue seeing him as my optometrist for years to come. However, my experience with the optician team was disappointing. I'm 66 years old and have worn glasses since 1972, so I'm quite familiar with what I need. During my visit, I mentioned that, since I'm retired and primarily read in bed without glasses, I didn't believe I needed bifocals. The optician simply responded with, "Oh OK, you can always get a pair of readers." That struck me as dismissive, especially since I had just said I could already read fine without glasses. When I picked up my new glasses, which were single vision, I couldn't see my watch or my phone. It was immediately clear they wouldn't work for me. When I expressed this, I was told to "try them out and let us know." As expected, they didn't meet my needs, and I called back to request a change to bifocals. At that point, I was informed it would cost an additional $380. I was surprised and disappointed -- this had not been explained to me beforehand. As someone living on a fixed income, this was a significant and unexpected expense. I was offered a free pair of readers instead, but I explained I could get those at Walmart for $5 -- and again, I don't need them. Ultimately, I had no choice but to pay the $380 in order to get glasses that I could actually see with. I will not be purchasing glasses from this office again. While Dr. York is outstanding, the optician team lacks the care, communication, professionalism and knowledge necessary to guide patients appropriately. I hope others reading this take that into consideration.

I've gone to many places for eye exams but my experience here was by far the best. I have an eye condition that makes it difficult to pinpoint my prescription and many have tried and have given up in the past. But after my visit here I can see everything sharper and clearer than I have in many years. Everyone I encountered during my visit was amazing. I will definitely be coming here for my exams from now on. Thank you for the awesome service.

I had a very good experience with TSO in Wichita Falls. Talking with them on the phone before hand to check about my insurance & making an appointment was so easy. The customer service at the front desk was great. The doctor and her assistant were knowledgeable, skilled and easy to talk to. The selection of frames were top of the line. And the staff that helped me with my selection and ordering were superb. I forgot to mention that they also do various tests to check the health of your eyes, not just determine what you need for a prescription for glasses/contacts. The service and medical treatment I received was superb. The product prices seemed somewhat expensive, but I am hoping this is a case of you get what you pay for (there was a 2 year replacement guarantee on the frames & lenses.)

I had an excellent experience at TSO, today. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Laura was very professional and took the time to make sure the prescription was perfected. I'd highly recommend her and all the staff for your optical needs.

Everyone was so nice, even though they said they were pretty busy, I did not have to wait very long. The first young woman in the Seymour football shirt was great! I can't remember her name, but she was very kind. Dr. York was excellent and went the extra mile! Yasmin was incredibly helpful and patient.
