We had a very good experience with Hayley Eye Clinic when my husband suffered an eye injury. Dr. Flores is one of the most caring doctors we have ever met. We needed several emergency visits on the weekend and Dr. Flores sat with us for hours until his eye was more stable, took after hour calls, and just went above and beyond for us in every way. He did all of this and never once made us feel like an inconvenience. It's very rare to find a doctor who cares and advocates for you like he did for us. He is a true asset to your clinic and his patients.

Two years ago, I had an excellent impression of Hayley Eye Clinic on Kemp. The appointment was organized, concise and Dr. Flores is very personable and well-spoken. I scheduled another appointment recently, and made it very clear that I wanted a Lasik consult, and they scheduled me with Dr. Garza, who does not do those kinds of appointments (though he was still an outstanding doctor, transparent and apologetic for the mix-up). Got the appointment rescheduled, mistakes happen. Come back for my LASIK consult with Dr. Flores, and he was fantastic, as expected. The two techs that were getting me started though were very disorganized, unprofessional and they barely acknowledged me while they joked around with each other like teenagers. Even though I had just been seen recently, I still had to repeat my contact and medical info multiple times in this appointment. Like all the paperwork I had just filled out 5 minutes ago went in the trash or something. I had to go home for 2 hours in the middle of the appointment. Which it would have been nice to get a heads up that was going to happen. After the appointment, I was told to wait about a week for a referral. Waited a week, called, left a voicemail with no response. Texted the next day, no response. Called the third day and the reception found no notes on my account about LASIK or the referral. So she put me out to wait some more, since someone dropped the ball and didn't keep my record updated, or didn't even get to it at all. I used to work healthcare, and completely understand how weird it can get, especially when it comes to referrals and cross-functional communications. Mistakes happen, but a string of mistakes is kind of hard to look past. In summary, the doctors are some of the best but they are for sure having some clerical and organizational issues that make it hard for me to want to come back.

Corrie is so awesome in optical! She is so patient and kind with me even with my millions of questions. I highly recommend this place just because of her.

They have been so amazing! I called to get my little one in and she helped me the whole way through. They messaged me after hours and on the weekend to make sure he was able to be seen! To see someone with that kind of heart to help like that is amazing! Thank you so much! God Bless

This long overdue review is for my favorite eye doctor in the universe, Dr.Joe Hayley. I have been a patient of Dr.Joe for 30 years - I started seeing him at 15 years old. He is good humored, professional, non-judgmental and thorough. Even after I moved to Los Angeles in 2002 - I continued to return on yearly basis to visit family and see Dr.Joe. (Just as an FYI - none of the local LA eye doctor I tried delivered the kind of service Hayley Eye Clinic has continuously provided me.) Cannot recommend enough. Team Dr. Joe Hayley!!

I ONLY buy my glasses (sunglasses AND prescription) from Haley's. I recently ordered some Ray-Bans and a couple days later prior to pickup changed my mind. They were very understanding and helped me get the perfect pair.

We would not go anywhere else! Great service knowledgeable and very professional!

Dr. John Hayley was highly recommended especially for young children. He's very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Hayley & his staff were so patient with my daughter and made her feel welcomed at her first eye appointment. He's very busy but now I know why we had to wait a couple weeks to be seen; worth the wait!!
