My kid's appointment was at 4:00 and at 5:50 they tried telling me that the Dr. was leaving for the day!! After hearing me say "Are you serious?" the Dr. said that he would stay. The 2 female workers were rude after this. I guess because they had to stay late because THEY were running behind. The Dr. was very nice but I don't think I'll be returning because of the front desk's rudeness.

Worst Dr office ever. So had an appt on Sat at 9:30 they did not see me until 1. Then made an appt for my husband for glaucoma test they did not tell me before that it was an all day test.
I have had problems seeing with my glasses since I got them. Today I stop at eye Mart they test them the exact prescription the Dr have. They tell me to go back to the Dr next door for a recheck. The Dr office tells me they are booked all day Sat....that I can come in as a walk in and wait.... Really. Or they can schedule me for Monday at 9:30. So I have to take more time off for their mistake. Instead I think a lawyer would be better.
