Christina was a real professional. I had broken my frames earlier this morning. Now she of course did her job and showed me new frames. I tried some on etc. Then then true professional showed up. Talk about real customer service. She wait a minute Mr Johnston didn't uou say you bought those here right. Well I had and BAMMO it was under warranty. So of course she could have stopped there right. But Christina and Aliza immediately took the time to dig through the drawers of frames to see if they had the exact matching frames in stock. And literally they didn't give up. They a good amount of time looking. Thank goodness it wasn't busy because once again BAMMO Aliza found the only pair. I thought I had to have the same pair for the warranty. NOPE my savior Christina took my old broken glasses and popped the old lens into the frames. So in the end I was prepared to be blind for 2 weeks waiting for the new ones. I wanted to leave this review because both of these guys went the extra "10 MILES" to help me. This is why I am a loyal Stanton customer. These employees should get a little extra recognition for taking the high road for a customer. I love them and this store. WAY TO GO STANTON!!!!!!

5 Stars for Morgan. She had such a beautiful personality. Made me laugh, so helpful, and just a natural people person. LOVE the energy. You don't get that anywhere else. 2 Stars for the Prices and frames. Been wearing glasses since 2003 and I never saw that high in numbers. With & without insurance. & there wasn't much frames I was really gathering over. I really only liked 4 at most.

I visited twice to get my glasses, and once to have them adjusted. Then I broke my glasses, I called Stanton Optical this morning providing minimal information. Name number and that my glasses were broken. I arrived at the store 15 minutes before they closed and I wasn't expecting much. Christina was happy to help me. She heard my earlier message and was able to piece together enough information to pull my frames and have them ready to pop the lenses in. My glasses were still covered by a warranty and I only had to pay $30. By 7:00 p.m. I was back on the road with new frames. I have been pleased with my interaction with Stanton optical since the beginning. I commend Christina for going above and beyond. Thank you

They were very helpful for me and my brother who do not have insurance. Morgan helped us and she was wonderful and thorough. I was nervous and she did a great job keeping me calm. I will definitely be back next time I need help!

Worst experience ever! The person who took care of me stated she was the asst. manager. Had the test and selected frames reasonably priced. She went into long explanation why those frames would not work and sold me different ones at a higher price. When glasses came it the script was wrong. I had to go back 3 times before they finally redid the eye exam. When glasses came in with new script, they were still not working. I had purchased one pair but ended up returning them with a refund. The second pair was still bad but I was out over $1000.00 so now I have to keep them. They hurt my nose and ears and give me headaches. I can't say a single good thing about them. I will NEVER go back to this place again!

This place is great, Christina and Chloe we're amazing and highly professional through the entire process, I cannot recommend them enough. Will definitely be coming back here from now on as long as these two are here. Would give more than 5 stars if it was an option

Please do not go here. I landed here trying to find something affordable because my daughter needed new glasses and our insurance was not yet active and I was paying out of pocket. They told us the doctor (who does the eye exam thru a video call) could not come up with a prescription for her, yet they still wanted to charge me for the exam even though they said nothing about why they could not come up with a prescription or what was wrong with her eyes. The person who helped us said maybe if you guys had came earlier we would have had time to explain things, right now is busy and I don't have time to explain things throughly. Definitely do not recommend this place. Just go elsewhere where the doctor cares enough to be physically present and the staff is more professional.

Terrible experience! We made appointments, they weren't honored. My kids were not interested in the glasses on the wall and we were told to see the other choices in the drawer (picture attached). The two employees there complained about their own coworkers and company. We were looking for a new eyewear store - this will DEFINITELY not be it.
