I made the appointment a week in advance I am a new patient working with them I was able to do the new patient form on my phone before going into the office and I did not have to do any paperwork when I got there. I had a small wait time to do my eye test both the nurse and doctor where professional hilarious and efficient. I was able to get my script for my glasses and head next door to get my frames. Also had a small wait time while they were helping other guests. When they got to us they let us know know how much my budget was that worked with my insurance and I was able to find the cutest frames of my life. The young woman we worked with was very efficient and knowledgeable about what we were asking overall 5 out of 5 Stars will do again

Great experience, fast service. The glasses were ready within a week and when my daughter tried them on were a little loose , the lady attending her kindly fix them right away for her . We were very pleased with the service, definitely going back every year for a new pair of glasses as we had been doing for the past 3 years.

The manager there I forgot what her name is she was excellent but when it came time to come pick up my glasses, I had to wait 30 minutes because it was only two people working and they had a few customers in the store. I understand the shortage on employees, but why come pick up your glasses when they're ready and you have to wait 30 minutes. Still just to get your glasses get in my glasses was great. They were on point but when I came to pick up my glasses, they didn't greet me. They didn't say well hold on. We'll be with you in just a moment or anything. They just looked at us when we walked through the door and then came to us after they were finished with our customers.

As soon as i walked in I felt like a kid back in Mexico.... all my favorite foods were there tamales menudo chilaquiles Verdes y Rojos but when I tasted the food it lacked flavor the seasonings were bland and the tamales had no flavor the menudo had no flavor my face went from a child that was excited to a grumpy old man that eats bland food.. my wife said you should go to the kitchen and show them how to make tamales.. im sorry guys it was over priced for the food it served that it had no flavor...

Carlan was great! I had an email with Doctors eye prescription, but the lady manager said I needed a physical copy. Carlan got me started in guiding me from my insurance coverage to fitting my lenses.
In the end they needed a picture of the physical copy and gave it back to me? Manager could of taken a picture of my Dictors email with all the information needed but wanted that physical copy and almost walked out because she would not offer options for me.so My sister and Fiancee went to make a copy and gave it to them.
Over all Carlan made me forget the initial cold experience.

They came highly recommended by a friend.Been calling for 3 days, tried at least five times a day. They do not answer their phone. you're definitely going to have to go in person to ask a question. And the doctor next-door does not answer their phone either to make an appointment.
