I've been a patient of Dr. Hamilton at Hamilton Eye Associates since 2013, and it's the only healthcare appointment I genuinely look forward to. Dr. Hamilton and his entire team consistently provide care that is friendly, thoughtful, and highly professional. The staff is welcoming, efficient, and knowledgeable, and they always take the time to make sure I understand what's going on with my eye health. In a country where so much of our economy revolves around services, truly exceptional service still feels surprisingly rare. Hamilton Eye Associates is a standout example of how it can, and should, be done. Every interaction, from scheduling to the appointment itself, reflects a level of professionalism and care that is increasingly hard to find. After more than a decade as a patient, the experience has been consistently excellent. I'm confident I'll never need to seek another optometrist, and I highly recommend Dr. Hamilton to anyone looking for both expert care and genuinely outstanding service.

The entire testing process is very structured and efficient! Any questions or concerns we have are addressed and answered! The other staff members are always so kind and friendly! Every year I have gone to see Dr. Hamilton for roughly the last 10 years. He is an amazing eye Dr. and has a wonderful staff. Customer Service has decayed in a lot of industries. Not so with Dr. Hamilton and the staff there. They are always friendly and very helpful. Everyone greets with a smile and it is a very relaxed atmosphere.

Hamilton Eye Associates is one of best Opticians and sunglasses store in Austin. I am regular customer of them. I used to use their services when they were located well branch shopping mall. That store was smaller than current one. The current store is big one. It has all advanced machines for eye check up. They have advanced machine which avoids "dilation eye exam" and saves our important time. You need to pay around $50 based on insurance coverage. Ms.Penny is really wonderful person who ease out the process by communicating through email. She is an asset of this store for sure. She is very helpful. Dr. Baweja is an expert and have patience to listen to your all queries and provide you satisfactory answers. I would recommend this store for sure.
