I've been coming here for about 10 years. My experience has been mostly positive and the one time there was even a minor issue with contacts, it was resolved immediately - no hassle. I've gotten some great pairs of glasses from here and the experience was pleasant. The staff is usually welcoming and I can't think of a negative experience during the times I have visited. My visits are usually quick and painless. Dr. Safir has a way of making you feel safe and comfortable. I've recommended to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Dr.Safir is wonderful! I came to the office after work because I was having trouble with distortion in my right eye with both contacts and glasses prescribed from a different place. Dr.Safir examined me and was able to correct the problem immediately! The staff members were all very sweet and helpful. The office keeps a variety of trials in stock so I was very pleased to be able to wear my new prescription walking out the office. In under an hour I was able to get my exam, quoted for new lenses for some glasses, and out the office. I recommend coming here for all your eye care needs if you're looking for quality and efficiency!

Just got my eyeglasses today, the man attending for me and my mom was very nice! I couldn't catch his name but just want to say thank you for attending me with care and joy, he not only advised me on my frame but also read my prescription and told me what was necessary and what was mostly useless from my prescription. Additionally he told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks and while that is a considerable time he saw my current glasses and fixed them with some tape while cleaning the lenses! He didn't need to do that but the fact that he cares for my glasses like they were his own when most glasses shops refused to help fix my glasses is what really sold me. I know you guys have many options but if you want staff that cares and treats your vision as if it is your own this is the shop to go to!!!!!!!

Cozy atmosphere, professional staff, polite treatment. This is the best experience I have ever had visiting clinics and doctors. I don't know English well (I'm learning), but our Russian-speaking doctor helped us a lot. He picked out glasses for me that make me see like I did when I was a child. I didn't even think I could see so well at my age.

I had a great experience here! The front desk staff was great, my eye exam went well with the doctor! Not to mention Cici helped me throughout the whole time I was there and helped me pick out my glasses! I definitely recommend this place and look forward to going back!
