Wow! First impressions are everlasting! That's what I can say about my experience at LensCrafters. I'm beyond words in expressing how I was phenomenally assisted by your associate, Vicky. She took great care of me and my husband as we selected frames. She was courteous, honest, genuine, patient, professional, and kind, to say the least. She was confident and competent in assisting us. I knoooow my husband and I spent hours that turned into days in deciding which pair of glasses we wanted. In the process, Vicky never missed a beat. Her temperament was the same, pleasant and welcoming and with a friendly smile that extended longer and larger than the establishment. Lol! The service given by the LensCrafters' staff was impeccable. From Vicky, to John the Manager, Trish the Optician, to Samir and Andrew. As you can see, our experience there afforded us to really get to know them all. They provided excellent service that made us feel valuable and appreciated. We thought we had crowns on our heads because of the royal service given by them. They gave us their undivided attention; which made us feel special. My experience was unforgettable and I look forward to the next one! That's why I'm so happy I chose LensCrafters!

I went here to try the metal glasses and the gentleman that was helping us was outstanding. His name was Andrew and you guys should be very proud of yourself for having him work for you. I had such a great experience at LensCrafters at NorthPark today. I came in with a pair of non-LensCrafters glasses that are very heavy and desperately needed adjustment. I've taken them to other places before and never quite got the result I was hoping for. Even though the store was busy, I waited patiently and was helped by a gentleman who told me he has worked for LensCrafters for 27 years. He was absolutely wonderful. He was completely unbothered that I didn't purchase my glasses there and treated me with the same care and respect as if I had just spent thousands of dollars in the store. He took the time to really listen to what I wanted, made the adjustments perfectly, and did it all with kindness and professionalism. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it was so refreshing. Because of this experience, I will definitely be back to purchase my next pair of glasses from LensCrafters. Outstanding service and a great reminder of how powerful genuine customer care can be.

From the moment I approached her, she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the entire process feel personalized. Great experience and friendly staff. We came for the Meta glasses but we became fans of the incredible service and attention to detail!

She noticed me waiting, acknowledged me, and let me know she'd be with me shortly. She was warm, kind, and welcoming, even on a packed, busy holiday. While helping me, she saw I had my 5-year-old with me and brought out coloring supplies, even drawing pictures for her to color, ultimately helping her create a lovely Christmas card for her mom. All the while, she answered my questions, walked me through a Meta demo, gathered my insurance, and placed my order without a hitch. To top it off, my daughter and I loved the festive spirit--the light-up Santa sweater and boots were just too cute. All around, a perfect 10--handled business while adding the personal delight.

I called to check on the status of my order and was told that they were busy and would call me back. They never did so I followed several days later to follow up but another associate told me that they were busy and had about 20 customers in the store and couldn't locate the package nor provide any tracking number for my shipment. I can understand a store being busy but I'm also a customer who already paid and just wanted a tracking number if there was even one created as I instructed the glasses to be shipped to my house. I also work in retail and deal with online transactions during business hours but I never tell customers on the phone looking for their orders that we have too many customers in our store to deal with you right now. Very unprofessional and I would expect better behavior and responses from the associates at Lens Crafters, especially with those price points because glasses are not cheap even with insurance. I'm still clueless when my shipment will arrive. I did receive a general text message a that my glasses were ready but that was last week and still no tracking number or anything from Lens Crafters. If my district manager heard me say the same thing to customers over the phone, I'm sure he would have a stern conversation with me. I was polite, never raised my voice nor asked to speak with management about this issue. I would hope that this review will bring more awareness to your employees and how to treat customers especially over the phone who already paid for a service. I'm also a customer too. On the flip side, the sales associate, Mussie, was really nice and kind who initially helped me pick my glasses and run the numbers through insurance and cashed me out. He was very helpful and transparent about my options. Unfortunately if I ever do get my glasses this will be the last time I visit this store or a Lens Crafters in general. Should've gone to Warby Parker instead lol.
