Not just once, but multiple times, I've had to go into Connors Opticians because my glasses became very loose. It's important to mention that my glasses were not even purchased from their business. Despite this, and despite the fact that no other optician in Belfast was willing to help me tighten them, the staff at Connors Opticians were more than happy to assist.
They have never once charged me, not a single time. Today, I went in again and they not only tightened my glasses but also replaced the nose pads for me.
This level of kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help speaks volumes about their character. It's rare to find a business that values people over profit in this way.
I would highly recommend Connors Opticians to everyone.

I can't recommend Connor's Opticians in Belfast city centre highly enough! After being quoted EU350 locally in Wicklow for my 8-year-old's sports glasses, I did some research and found Michael at Connor's--what a lifesaver. He provided the exact glasses for just PS90 sterling, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
They were incredibly accommodating and helpful, even making the glasses in-store. I was able to communicate with them easily via WhatsApp, and they posted the finished glasses directly to me--so convenient and stress-free. The quality is excellent, and the savings were substantial.

I was in Belfast and needed my glasses adjusted. I searched for glasses repairs and Connor Opticians was showing excellent reviews. Michael was so friendly and helpful and got me sorted. He wouldn't take any money for the adjustments but I wanted to pay him. The only way he would take any money was by me buying PS3 glass cleaning wipes!

Snapped my metal frame glasses in half and was told by my normal opticians there was nothing they could do. Went into Connor's hoping they would be able to do something and thankfully within two hours my glasses were back to normal. Honestly can't thank them enough as I was very stressed about having to wait on getting a new pair ordered. Will be purchasing my next pair of glasses from here as well as my normal opticians had stopped selling the frames I wanted but Connor's had said they can order them in for me. Our team is made up of 5 staff, including 2 qualified opticians. We carry out both private and NHS eye tests both from our premises in Castle Street and through our house-call service.
