We were served by an absolutely lovely lady, I couldn't remember her name but as a first time glasses wearer I was nervous and dismissive of many of the glasses I tried. She patiently stood by us, helped and offered advice from her own personal experience about what might suit best. In the end I walked away with a great pair of glasses and I'm over the moon. Couldn't recommend you guys enough, thank you so much.

Excellent and professional staff in Forestside who guided me through the whole process from testing to purchases.
However the quality of the varifocal glasses has let them down. The screw holding the lens fell out along with lens and luckily I was able to retrieve the lens after a short search but the screw had vanished. Considering the price I would have expected the screw to stay in place.
Fixed it myself and used Locktite to secure the screw.

I had an appointment with Vision Express in Forestside and was disappointed with the experience. From the moment I walked up to the desk, the staff member I spoke to had an unprofessional attitude and a very demanding tone. There was nobody else waiting and the store wasn't busy, so the behaviour felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. It definitely set a negative tone for the visit and isn't what I would expect from a customer-facing role.
