The eye exam was thorough and time was taken to discuss my problems..
I felt valued and was not pressed to purchase new frames.
The staff were so welcoming and spent so much time helping me choose new frames which I did because I simply couldn't resist. I wear my glasses every single day so I felt that new frames were a worthy investment.
When I picked them up I was expecting the usual poor vision. NO, the prescription 100% perfect and I can see clearly again. Next step getting the frames tweaked & getting sunnies.

The service I've always received at Jonathon Halls practice is first class. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the surroundings are clean and welcoming. On arrival you are offered a cup of coffee while you wait which is a lovely extra. The equipment is all very technically up to date and I have complete confidence in the treatment given. They are excellent and keeping in touch through text message , letters and email for updated information about the practice and future appointments. My daughter attended from the age of 8 years and I was so impressed with the way Jonathon Hall always made her feel at ease and how caring and attentive he was. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone regardless of age. First class in every way.
