Like of knowledge and no manners. Ordered 2 pairs of glasses and was quoted one price, when collecting the price suddenly changed out of nowhere. Next time when I left work early to came to buy eye drops, they got closed half an hour earlier then they supposed to according to what's writen online. They just do whatever they feel like it, no concern for customers. Very displeased.

Have been going for a few years and find the staff very helpful and friendly. They know what suits your face really well. New equipment in nearly a year so enjoyed the new experience of eye testing method. Opthalmology???? Lol gave me loads of information and I learnt a few things. Highly recommend.

My son had an appointment for 5 o'clock, but because he was stuck in traffic and 15mins late, he was told he couldn't be seen.
(One month later)
After receiving letters to saying my son was overdue an eye test. I phoned Mackeys, explained my situation with work, was told that they didn't have any appointments for either of my children, and the receptionist hung up. Disgusting customer service
