I seldom write reviews but in this occasion I feel compelled to pay plaudits to each and every member of staff at the Belfast clinic. On my first visit at the beginning of July my wife and I were greeted in the car park by a very pleasant and helpful gentleman who took me to reception where he offered me a welcoming cup of coffee.I was then taken to an office where another young lady guided me through all the necessary steps of having a much needed laser treatment to both my eyes. Everything was covered and made clear to me as to the procedure and a date set for the surgery being 28/08/25 at 0925am. On our arrival on the 28th this same gentleman greeted me at the door where he guided me to the reception desk where again I was greeted by two young ladies on of which recorded some initial details and accepted payment for my surgery.Both these young ladies were most helpful making sure I was aware of everything I needed to know at the same time the gentleman offered me a welcoming cup of coffee and biscuits of my choice. It was a matter of minutes before the gentleman in question took me through to the area of surgery prepreation where he gave me a locker for my jacket cellophane ect before being taken in to the nurse. Again it was just minutes when a nurse took me into her office where she completed all the necessary documentation before surgery again this lady was mos pleasant and professional in carrying out her duties before guiding me to a waiting ares prior to surgery. In less than ten minutes a young lady nurse came out and explained the entire procedure of the surgery and what I should do if I needed to sneeze or cough during the surgery.Again I was in no doubt as to what was about to take place and putting me totally at ease before entering the theatre. In a matter of minutes a young surgeon came out and put a drop in my eye guiding me into the surgery where I was placed on the operating couch and in a matter of minutes the surgery was completed pain and hassle free to my delight.Directly after surgery I was given drops and clear instructions I had to carry out at home all of which was clearly defined on attached leaflets. Now for the exciting bit the next morning the 29/08/25 I awoke at 0800am by my wife to administer my first drop of the day and about half an hour later I got up to an amazing new world of clear vision that I never thought possible. I find it hard to explain the difference in my sight every where I looked everything was so crystal clear my only dissapointed was that I had not done this much sooner I can honestly say this was the best money I have ever spent and I can not wait until I have my left eye done. Let me finish by urging anyone with impeded vision don't put off getting this pain free treatment at Veonet clinic Belfast it makes a world of difference it's a life changer for sure. G R Bond

Amazing place I was a nervous wreck going am not a good patience well first eye done which my vision is fantastic next eye gets sorted in a few days can't wait 2 buy my first ever ordinary sunglasses but will miss the clinics hot chocolate many thanks 2 the amazing staff
