I visited vision express at Knocknagoney Tesco recently and I seriously came away so impressed with the customer service experience from start to finish.
A lady called Iris welcomed me on my visit, and Margaret then done a very thorough eye test and made me feel at total ease. Another lady called Susan completed some tests with different lenses to see if my eyesight had changed. Again very straightforward and made me feel completely at ease again.
I did purchase some new glasses and again the staff were so very helpful in helping me choose which glasses suited me best.
Overall my visit was a wonderful experience and I will certainly be recommending vision express to my family and friends. Thank you again. Iris, Margaret and Susan.

Yes I will first of all apologise to the knocknagoney branch for my cancellation of my appointment.
I presented myself to the staff on Friday 12/09/2025 without an appointment as I wanted to speak regarding an eye issue. I was seen to immediately even thought the staff were very busy, I fully appreciated this professional assistance the staff gave to me without an appointment.
After I explained to the reception staff the issue they arranged that Susan the optician seen me.
This lady was brilliant to me and soon sorted me out.
I feel a little guilty for cancelling my appointment but it's unavoidable at this time, but suffice to say I had the staff and Susan who looked after me, so I again want to take this opportunity to thank everyone at the branch for their professional care.

After 'rushing experience' at other eye chain in the past, I am absolutely satisfied with my return visit at Vision Express at Knocknagoney. Everytime I am served very professionally with personal approach and I leave with problem resolved to my satisfaction. Attentive staff always
provides me with detailed and precise advise regarding my purchase options and offers advise and support with my choices.
I have to mention though at my last visit I could personally feel the negative impact of the new layout of Tesco - chilling cabinets radiate this super cool temperatures! While seated to wait my feet freeze!. I don't think anybody could be comfortable waiting at this temperatures in the shop. Honestly, I feel sorry for the staff - would you believe it is a comfortable environment to work in ?!
