As soon as I walked in the door I was made very welcome. You even get offered a lovely cup of tea or coffee and it's presented so well. Daniel spent a long time speaking with me over email before my appointment and gave genuinely thoughtful advice. He suggested occupational lenses instead of varifocals, which have never worked well for me, and it turned out to be exactly the right solution.
