My experience with Vision Express has been very good. All staffs were very helpful and I was pointed in the right direction for the specific types of glasses that I was seeking. Although Display glasses didn't quite catch my eye, this one gentlemen was kind enough to browse online a wider selection which helped me find a pair to my liking.
My Optician was very informative, I was told my previous prescription was over corrected as my new eye test showed an improvement to my vision. This would explain my eye strains as prescription was slightly too strong.
In terms of making improvements for the future, I would say Vision Express is doing exceptionally well, customer service being one of the best I have seen, however I would like to address the lack of rimless & half rim glasses, specifically Titanium builds as I was only able to find one available while browsing online your website.
Please offer more Titanium Full rim, rimless & half rim glasses. Many thanks Vision Express!

Having had an arm screw fall out of my specs and replaced at Metro branch, the arm had fallen off again. I tried replacing it myself but it didn't seem to tighten up properly. I took them into Eldon Square. I asked for the other arm screw to also be checked. The assistant effected the repair on a small unsuitable table at the rear. I asked if both screws were now tight and was assured they were. An arm fell off on the way home, and when I checked, the other screw was also loose. I glued them in myself.

Bad experience, staff and service, missold expensive lenses even with my old frame. Paying over PS300.00 for replacement lenses. I was not explained about any offers or special deals. Manager was useless when I challenged him about the prices and not helpful at all. I am so disappointed with the overall experience and problems have still not been resolved. Not at all happy.
