Went in and purchased my glasses. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Eye test was thorough. Needed glasses to be adjusted twice but they had no issues doing that for me. They got my glasses working perfectly for me now. Would highly recommend

Came all the way from Hawaii to find the best experience with a last minute service for eye exam with an optometrist actually giving up her lunch hour to accommodate me named Mar. One of the most thorough exams I have ever received. Spent extra time explaining in detail the exam and any concerns. When came to finding glasses I was so impressed with the extensive collection and quality. I found some exclusive Italian brand we would never find in Hawaii. I am especially impressed with all the options in lenses and decided to go all out and purchase the best lenses and get another pair to help with driving at night. I also was so impressed to get a dive mask for snorkeling for Hawaii and my travels. My very first prescription mask and was able to pick it up in less than 24 hours. I just cannot say how impressed and over joyed I am ... I perfect 57th birthday gift to myself I will always treasure!! A big thank you to entire staff especially Dinesh.

I can't thank the staff enough. I lost my glasses and was only in the country for 6 days, I checked EVERY mainstream optician in Plymouth and not one offered me an appointment within the time scale I had, let alone offer me a pair of glasses ready within 30 minutes of my check up, in fact 1 week or more after I wait over a week for an appointment was the best offer I had. I've always preferred smaller businesses over the big names and only stumbled upon the store by chance and I'm so happy I did. The next time I visit my family in Plymouth I'll head straight back for another check up. 10/10 for service. A very very happy customer indeed!

I had a pair of very expensive, ultra-lightweight, but extremely fragile and problematic glasses. Mr. Dinesh put in tremendous effort to solve all the issues and fine-tuned the frame to perfection. I would say if one can tame such a challenging frame, then one can probably be trusted with any pair of glasses. Having worn glasses for almost 30 years, I can't say I've seen an optician more professional than him.

Having had two appointments at spec savers ( and I really shouldn't have gone) they were very inadequate in the service they gave me. Paid nearly PS600 for two pairs of glasses and on both occasions they was poor to say the least. After a full refund from them I happened to pass iconic opticians and I have to say that they were brilliant. Very friendly and helpful with outstanding customer service. The optician gave me numerous options and I had two pairs of glasses ready within and hour and a bonus third pair two days later for a significantlower price than spec savers . I would highly recommend that anyone reading this that is looking for a very good local opticians should definitely pay them a visit.....I should have gone to iconic
