I booked an appointment as I've been experiencing extreme sensitivity to light. (Squinting and sunglasses indoors extreme)
The optician wasn't available to see me until 30minutes after my booked time slot.
He tested my eyes and then dismissed me for not needing a prescription. I wasn't seeking reading glasses, I was looking for help re light sensitivity/how to manage driving at night being blinded by headlights etc.
No advice given, no help given. Just made to feel stupid for being there.
