I had cataracts in both eyes, with the left eye steadily worsening, and in December 2025 Aris Konstantopoulos removed both cataracts in a single operation. He inserted a combination of lenses that has worked astonishingly well for my particular eyes.
I genuinely cannot believe the difference. My vision is now incredibly clear, with a depth and richness of colour that still surprises me. After wearing glasses or contact lenses for around 40 years, it feels almost strange not to need any visual aids at all -- I can even read the Sunday papers comfortably without glasses.
From the outset, Aris (as everyone calls him) was thoroughly professional, approachable, and very clear when discussing the available options. He has an easy manner that immediately puts you at ease, while inspiring complete confidence in his expertise.
During the operation itself, Aris and his outstanding team were calm, reassuring, and clearly excellent at what they do. I felt completely comfortable throughout. My recovery was smooth, and a month on everything has settled perfectly.
This surgery has genuinely improved my quality of life, and I would not hesitate to recommend Aris to anyone considering cataract surgery.

Having the surgery has completely changed my life. I can see the clock during the night, I can look in the mirror without my glasses, I can see the smallest fonts on my phone. When I drive at night there is no glare and I can wear proper sunglasses.
I haven't stopped smiling since I had the operation. I am so happy with the result and wish I had it done earlier. I now have better than 20/20 vision.
The operation was quick and painless and my vision was perfect within minutes of completion.

Mr Aris Konstantopoulus from ClarisVision performed Cataract surgery on both my eyes towards the end of 2024.
