Great service, very thorough and kind. Always brings a smile coming in and I know that the tests they do are very extensive compared to other opticians. I wear both contact lenses and glasses. Friends have gone to other places and have had a lower lense quality for vari focals which has made it difficult to get good sight, mine have been perfect - highly recommend the Zeiss lenses that they do. My glasses frames are bright and stylish I have had constant compliments. Thank you to Twinkle and the team

I was lucky enough to be born with terrible eyesight, so over the years I've visited quite a few opticians, following a move to the waterside area I needed to switch once again, and decided on Walbanks. I can honestly say that Walbanks Opticians, and Twinkle in particular, are the absolute best I've ever been to.
From the moment you walk in, they make you feel like a valued person rather than just the next set of eyes in the chair. They genuinely care about you as a person, not just the numbers on the eye test chart.
Everyone who works there is friendly, professional, and I always have a great experience. For the first time in my life I l look forward to my opticians appointments! If you're looking for an optician that treats you like a human rather than just a pair of eyeballs, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Walbanks opticians are the absolute best, they have given me piece of mind that my gift of eyesight will be maintained and monitored. Twinkle has a wealth of experience and has cared for me the very best, the opticians has state of the art technology to ensure my eyes are properly monitored, they use past monitoring to check for a decline of eyesight and eye conditions, I have glaucoma and trust Walbanks to monitor this for any changes. I am treated with respect and dignity, I was given glasses I didn't need from another well-known opticians, I didn't need glasses for distance, the reading glasses they prescribed were completely the wrong prescription. I now have reading glasses from Walbanks and I honestly can read like never before. I am so happy with Walbanks, thank you so much to Twinkle and all of the staff, you are all angels.

Not like any other optician I know, Twinkle and team take the time to thoroughly check all aspects of your eye health, nothing is rushed compared to the big chains, expect a one hour checkup, not 10 minutes, they are always checking to make sure you are satisfied with your eye health and the service you receive.

Just before going on holiday my glasses broke. I took them into Walbank and Sue worked relentlessly for an hour to try to fix them for the holiday. Unfortunately it was just not possible and Sue ordered me a temporary back up pair of distance glasses which arrived in 2 days in time for the holiday. Thank you Walbank. I attended Wallbank Opticians with severe symptoms of Meibomian gland disorder to have a series of IPL treatments, just over 6 months ago. After my course of treatments the difference in both my eye sight and general eye health were totally amazing. I have since returned for a " top up" treatment. Prior to my treatment I was having difficulty reading/ writing/ knitting etc, but with the professional help, treatment and advice from Twinkle and the crew my day to day life has been transformed.
