I recently underwent eye surgery for cataract removal and prescription lens replacement and from the very first appointment, the entire team were excellent, friendly, attentive, and clearly very experienced, but the standout for me was the surgeon Mr Serafeim Antonakis who explained everything clearly and patiently, without any sense of being rushed, and all questions were answered in a way that made everything easy to understand. On the day of the surgery, Mr Antonakis had a calm, confident manner which made a huge difference. There's a real sense of reassurance that comes from being treated by someone who is not only highly skilled but also completely composed and in control. It's difficult to overstate how much that helps when you're in that situation. I felt total confidence throughout and genuinely supported. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the results have been excellent, genuinely life-improving. The level of precision and care was evident, and the outcome has exceeded my expectations. What has really struck me since is the difference it has made to everyday life. I have noticed improvements with all aspects of my vision. Reading, driving, watching television, even just looking around are now noticeably clearer and easier.
