I went to Scrivens Shirley today for my eye test and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in.
It's the first time I've ever been to an opticians where I felt like they genuinely had all the time in the world for me, nothing felt rushed at all. They listened, explained everything clearly, and gave really helpful advice about my options.

their skill and expertise was so reasuring. Helped me chose and was not afraid to say when the frame I thought I wanted wasn't right and had the knowledge to back up why. No heavy sales is always a plus. Popped back in today to see how long they would be and they had just arrived in a delivery. Its best to have an appointment to have them fitted but by fluke they were able to do it there and then. I love them. Thank you guys.
