Having been with Scrivens for many years this was my first visit to Bitterne branch today for a contact lens check up. I've always received good service from Scrivens but the team at Bitterne were exceptional! They were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! Lauren was extremely thorough in finding information for the optician who had a few queries about my prescription strength and extremely helpful when I spoke to her about concerns with my hearing. I was offered a hearing check before I left with Ashley who was so friendly and knowledgeable! I can't praise them highly enough, such a professional team!!!
