I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The store manager, Jade, was incredibly helpful, professional, and made everything clear and easy to understand. She took the time to explain the process and made me feel completely at ease.
Adiel, who carried out my eye test, was absolutely brilliant. Thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly, he explained everything in detail and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed.
Overall, a really positive experience with excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone needing an eye test.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hedge End Scrivens clinic. Clare, the audiologist who carried out my hearing test, was extremely patient, caring, and professional As someone living with hearing loss, I truly appreciated how carefully and clearly she explained complex information, as well as the encouragement and emotional support she gave me. I feel very lucky to have met such a compassionate and attentive hearing specialist.
The rest of the team at Hedge End Scrivens were also very helpful and friendly, making the whole visit comfortable and reassuring. The whole team was absolutely amazing.Thank you to Clare and the entire team for the excellent care. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Jade for sorting out my new glasses in no time at all, came in with a recent prescription from another opticians which wasn't a problem, Jade very promptly updated my information and then helped me choose some new frames & ordered my lenses, she said it would be about a week, I came in on a Saturday but got a call from Jade to say they were ready on Wednesday which was great, booked an appointment for the Thursday morning to get fitted and collect.
