I have been using Solent Spectacles for many years now and I would say that their attention to detail is second to none. I recently took my new prescription in to get new lenses fitted. When I received the new lenses I tried them and thought they were ok so went away happy. I realized that when I was home they didn't appear to be quite right so telephone Solent Spectacles who said no problem bring them back in. On re-checking them it turned out that the new prescription was not correct. I had to go and get a retest and went back to Solent Spectacles. They sorted out my new lenses without any hassle and put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. I feel they went the extra mile to make sure everything was ok . That is why I use Solent Spectacles as all the staff are so helpful and know their stuff.

I had a fall at Lymington Hospital and badly damaged my specs on landing. I took them to Solent Spectacles in Totton and a very nice lady took them to the technician and said he'd repair them now, should be about 5 minutes. Hey presto, he repaired them and they looked brand new. I asked about the cost, and the lady said, "No charge, you're a customer of ours" What could I say, but excellent service from a professional company, and excellent staff. Thank you so much, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just collected my new frames and lenses and am 100% satisfied with the whole experience. Been a customer for years and the quiet attention, knowledgeable input and zero pressure attitude of owners and staff has been a credit to the business throughout that time. Such a difference in comparison to national chains.
