What a lovely couple! They were very welcoming and attentive and not at all "standoffish." They are located on a very busy road but have parking directly in front off the shop off road. Which is very handy. There is a good selection of frames both modern and traditional. We were offered very good prices and ten days after turning up with eye prescription in hand we were telephoned and asked to come in for our fitting. Again, very welcoming. The fitting was simple and easy. No waiting and fitted very well. At the end of it we were thanked for our custom. Highly recommended to you for level of service, quality of products and cost.

I visited The Eyewear Factory searching for a wider range of branded frames than what mainstream opticians have to offer. A couple years ago, my father purchased some unique Dolce & Gabbana frames and was very happy with the quality and service, so I decided to purchase from here as well. There was absolutely no issue with me giving them my prescription from another optician. They were very patient with me when picking my frames, offering good advice. They also offered to get the UV protection, anti-glare, and anti-scratching coating for my lenses. My mother also wanted new clear lenses and to get her frames cleaned and buffed. We received our glasses a week later. During collection, they made sure my glasses fitted properly. Personalised, excellent and swift service, thank you!

Really happy with the sevice here, always gives an honest opinion, i was having issues with my current varifocal glasses, a well known chain of optician rubbed their hands together hoping i'd buy another set, but this place made a slight adjustment and sent me away. No pressure at all, much appreciated. Also recommended a place for a proper eye test for the future.

What a gem of a shop. I couldn't find any frames I liked at numerous opticians so I went here. A very friendly couple came to ask if I needed help. They then worked together to find styles I might like asking questions along the way. Long story short I found a pair of designer frames reasonably priced that darken in sunlight and they took in my sunglasses for re glazing to my new prescription. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs new eyewear.
