No need to wait on arrival for my appointment. The pre-test of pressure, condition and photos was undertaken quickly and in a friendly efficient manner. After a very short wait I was taken into the eye test area and again was looked after and checked in the usual professional manner. The final step of choosing new frames and setting up the actual order was undertaken quickly when all questions were answered. In all cases the three members of staff provided a very friendly and efficient service Highly recommended.

I had a really great experience here, especially as it was my first time getting glasses. George and Alan were amazing--so friendly, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. The rest of the team, whose names I didn't catch, were also lovely and welcoming. They all made the experience really easy and comfortable. I'm very grateful and would highly recommend!

Massive disappointment. I've had a contact lens check, ordered some test contact lenses, however I have to cancel everything, because the store can't find 5 minutes to sign them off. I did specifically say in the first appointment I am available only during weekends , however, although the lenses did physically arrive in the shop, I can't try them. The initial contact was great, however, the followup is an absolute joke. 1 phone call, when I was provided with unrealistic timing. I tried to call the shop a few days later. No answer. Came to the shop...was provided with a day in more than 14 days....in the week time. Absolutely gutted, given the fact that I need them, as I've stared in the initial appointment. If I could put minus in the stars, I honestly would.

Hand sanitizer at the shielded reception area, while the open store is completely cordoned off. Members of the public may only gain access by appointments only.
The staff comply rules to social distancing policy for all customers including covid signage displayed within the shop location.
Wheelchairs assistance would be available.
Disabled toilets situated within the large Tesco store on the ground floor and first floor, with large lift available at the rear of the store.
Cafe` on the first floor is closed due to covid policy rules.

Misinformation given leading to misunderstanding leading to me losing out on my second pair of glasses being repaired inside the warranty as I was told to leave the second pair and wait till my new eye test and they will repair replace them then absolutely disgusting tie charge me PS330 for a pair of glasses that break within six months of me buying them and they said they can only replace one pair because they both broke
