I got fed up with high street opticians and decided to try Andrew Willetts in Birkdale village.
The staff are very polite, Andrew was very thorough with my eye test and I am very happy with the results.
The quality of the lenses are superior to the high street brands, and a minor issue that I had was addressed with satisfaction.
I have also tried the contact lenses, which fit a lot better with my eye than my previous ones from the high street.
I highly recommend Andrew and his team for a professional and polite service.

They were recommended to me and I can only endorse those favourable comments.
My problem was double vision after a suspected stroke and after telephoning for an appointment I was offered an early appointment for the following day during which I received a thorough examination which was conducted in very friendly manner with an explanation of the findings.
After choosing suitable frames I was able to collect my new glasses within a matter of a few days complete with a prism over one lens to correct the double vision which was now completely cleared.
The whole team were extremely friendly and very competent and the entire experience was conducted in a very professional manner
