Eye test took longer than I thought. Very thorough rigorous examination. Staff service excellent, efficient, professional friendly helpful. Glad I chose Tesco Vision Express would recommend.

Shocking service, no concern for messing people around and wasting their time at all.
After booking a site test for new contact lenses, my appointment was moved several times due to staff shortages. When I do get to the appointment it's been booked in without a lense check element and they have no time to fit it all in. So I have to leave and go back. At this appointment they order trail lenses for me to switch to and I wait, I chase up 2 weeks later they haven't arrived. 6 weeks later I call again, oh yes they are here come and collect them anytime. I arrive to collect them only to be told I can't take them as I have to have an appointment for a fitting, which you would think that the staff member I spoke to would have mentioned when telling me to come and collect them... surely?! . I had to walk away, after 8 weeks with absolutely nothing but wasted time to show for it. Avoid this place like the plague!

Very disappointed with the service at this optician's. I asked them to replace my nosepads ( two tiny bits of rubbery plastic) Initially I was quoted PS6.00 to have this 5 minute task done. When I collected them they informed me I had been over quoted. So I paid PS5.00. I still think this was over priced? They didn't even bother to clean my glasses. Very poor customer services. Suggest you go elsewhere.

Had a appointment for eye test...test was fine..was hoping to order new glasses when the test was finished....came outside the test room,huge cue and only 1 member of staff, so I left without ordering glasses...I had booked my appointment...why have walk ins....I now have to take time off at this time of year to go in again.....so definitely not the best service overall
