I decided to invest in a really nice pair of glasses as I wear them daily. Billy and Lynn at the Focal rooms were absolutely brilliant. They gave me great advise and helped me choose from a vast array of designers. I'm extremely happy with the service, choice and end product. Thanks very much!

Well what a gem! This is no ordinary opticians. It's an Aladdin's cave of rare , quirky and beautiful one-off specs. The ambience is perfect for leisurely browsing with expert, objective advice from Billy and Lyn. Relax on the sofa with a coffee whilst making the difficult decision of which frames to choose.. Rapid completion of order and then a beautiful gift tray appears with special care items to keep your glasses in sparkling shape. Buying specs has never been so special.

My first impression of The focal Rooms was amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the place was beautiful decorated. My appointment to have my eye tested was the most detailed I've ever had. Everything was explained so clearly to me that I came away really happy with the experience. I would highly recommend to everyone who needs an eye test or a new pair of glasses. The amount of glasses on display was incredible, so many different and unique designs.

Having waved at Billy and Lyn as they walked their beautiful dogs as I drove to work, Fiat Man, as they called me, was delighted to make use of their business for my wife. They were very kind and sympathetic to our current situation and provided a first class service, no hard sell, just making sure my wife was happy with her new spectacles. Alex, the optician, was very professional and again no hard sell. I will be returning to sort out my long sight! Thank you again Billy and Lyn.

The best opticians I've been to, bar none! The showroom itself is full to the brim of gorgeous, unique frames (most of which from designers I'd never heard of prior to popping in) and Billy and Lyn very kindly gave me a full tour and suggested some fantastic options to try out. Where some opticians would just try and flog you any old frame you try on, Billy and Lyn were so helpful and gave genuine, honest advice about whether a frame suited or not, making some great recommendations based on the preferences I'd mentioned. One frame in particular caught my eye straight away, and the duo were very patient as I came back a few times to try them out and make sure they were 100% right! My new frames (and accompanying clip-on sunglasses) were ready to pick up very quickly after ordering, with Billy and Lyn on hand to make any adjustments needed to guarantee a perfect fit. Needless to say, I'm over the moon with my stunning new frames - haven't seen anything like them (same goes for the rest of their stock!) and the clip-on sunglasses, custom-made to fit over the frames, are absolutely top-notch as well. First-class customer service, amazing choice of frames and - all in all - just a great experience. Never thought I'd be so passionate about a pair of glasses - thank you Focal Rooms!

Honestly the best customer service I've had anywhere, ever. Lyn and Billy are super enthusiastic, incredibly friendly, and the aftercare they offer goes above and beyond. They have a fantastic range of really unique frames, and are great at pairing you with exactly what you need. I'll never buy glasses anywhere else!
