Boots Opticians

I recently had an eye test at Boots Opticians with the Pre reg optometrist Aamina , and I want to say how amazing she was. She was really gentle during the whole eye test and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She explained everything clearly and was very patient. I could tell she really cares about her job and about helping people. It was the best eye test I've had, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs one.

I had not used Boots Opticians for a very long time. I popped in for 2 new pairs of glasses - varifocals and long distance. Friendly and professional service with a good selection of frames at a range of prices. Recommend and I will use again when need any glasses

The appointment with the optician was very good. It was professional, thorough and informative. However, the peripheral test was conducted in a disruptive room where the distractions from other customers talking made it hard to concentrate on the tests I were taking.

Boots Stockport 3699,it was the first time I had been in to this store for an eye test on the 22 September 25, and found the staff very friendly and the consultant carried out my eye test in a professional manner. I would recommend anyone to come to this store.

I visited Boots Opticians today with a appointment for a floater in my eye . I was looked after by the lovely Ella with the machine test, she was so lovely and reassuring and explained everything really well then I saw Natalie she was so caring and really took time to explain and examine my eyes with a referral at the end my experience with Boots Opticians southport was really good

Only Boots picked up my own macular issue, after years of me having a wrong prescription from their largest competitor. So I used them to help me get my neurodivergent, bi-polar family member checked. At Southport, honestly, they could not be faulted. They have the tech equipment to do the full job like all Boots opticians but more, they went waaaay above and beyond getting my cousin settled, checked and reassured (he was anxious beyond belief, even to the point of worrying about reading a chart.) I did pop in the day before to talk about his needs and they were just amazing. If I could give more stars for service, I would. Can't thank them all enough for their kindness and patience. His life and confidence is so much more improved with a proper prescription and they caught a cataract early doors thank goodness. The safest of hands. Every one of them. A great experience which means I can now encourage him to other more general hospital checks and certainly to just enjoy the outside world a little more. Don't know what else to say. Thank you.
