I have been with Batty and Dexter for several years now, and they are an outstandingly good firm of opticians. Eye tests are exceptionally detailed, thorough and accurate. Staff are always approachable and very helpful. Following a broken frame, I've just had my glasses repaired under the warranty very smoothly and efficiently. I thoroughly recommend Batty and Dexter.

Fantastic opticians, best sight test I've ever had with all the latest machinery. Huge choice of lovely glasses compared to elsewhere, I'm so happy with my new glasses and my first varifocals too, I was a little worried that they may be difficult to use after what I'd heard from other people but I just love them. Batty and Dexter advised me, nothing was rushed, the staff are so helpful and friendly I will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you!

I had a thorough and extensive eye examination using the latest technology and techniques with a full explanation from the optometrist, Harriet , of the purpose of each test and an explanation of the results. After that , the dispenser, Sarah showed me a wide selection of frames in a relaxed and unhurried way. I look forward to seeing my new glasses and also to using this company in the future.
