Attended for a routine eye test in May. After a thorough and prolonged test by a lovely optician Laura she was not completely happy with one eye and referred me to the Southport eye clinic. After being examined a torn Retina was diagnosed and treated within 2 hours by Laser.. I am grateful for the service I received from Myers Churchtown. Truly an Oasis of calm and efficiency. UPDATE 14/6/23. Had my follow up check after one month. The eye doctors are pleased with result of the laser treatment. They are also full of praise for my optician who found the problem when there were no apparent symptoms.

My family have been patients for over 10 years, during this time we have all had excellent service, from everyone in the team, they all go out of their way to help if you have a problem with glasses or lenses and keep regular checks on our eye health.
This is not the cheapest optician in Southport but it is definately the best and I wouldn't even think of changing to another optician even if they were offering buy 1 get 1 free.
They have all the latest equipment and nothing is ever too much trouble and on a personal note, thank you for all your continued support Angela (Churchtown branch)
