I have never had any private treatment anywhere but I am sure it could be no better than at iSight. . I was looked after with kindness from entering the door . Every step and every room there was someone there. Tea and biscuit before leaving. I have never been better looked after. Well done to each and every one of you.

I had cataract surgery and felt all the staff put me at ease from the minute I walked in as I was very nervous. The staff are friendly and compassionate and phoned me the day after surgery to see how I was doing. The surgery only took 20 minutes and the surgeon was excellent, chatting to me during the op. I highly recommend the clinic for any eye surgery.

I recently had my first cataract removal carried out at Drayton House Southport. The treatment I received was excellent. All the staff were very professional and friendly in their approach and everything was really well organised and although rather nervous I was put at ease.
The surroundings were comfortable and pleasant with social distancing observed. Thank you to all concerned.

Staff friendly but they ignore time slips for people who have booked appointments. After a wait of nearly 5 months for an appointment I find myself with over a 90 minutes delay to be seen and 35 minutes elapse before I even saw triage. The waiting room was full of annoyed patients. We are sorry but we are behind today is not an acceptable response. Why can't receptionists inform patients that there is a delay in advance so time is not wasted. Totally ruined my day plans and now have to reschedule but will likely go elsewhere.

I cannot fault my treatment at this clinic.
I had both cataracts done, and the results have been amazing. I no longer need distance glasses. The clarity and sharpness of my vision is superb.
I was concerned initially, due to my needing anaesthetic injections rather than drops, but I need not have worried as I did not feel the injections.
I highly recommend I-Sight in Southport.
