Fantastic service. Very professional, accomodating and caring for my little girls appointment. Made to feel very welcome from general talking and checking my little girl was ok. She loved all of the stickers and this really helped her. All very good with children. Eye sight test seemed to be thorough and time given to explain everything from the test, results and to the choice of glasses available. Served by Raj, Michael, Abi and Lauren. Highly recommend. Visited the brand new store couple of days ago to view their glasses range as I usually use a different opticians. Was greeted by Deima who introduced herself and welcomed me in. Everything was explained in detail from how prices work to the layout of the store and offers. Really attentive, friendly beautiful smile even though she was looking after multiple customers at the same time had time to ask if I need her opinion in what frames would suit me but also I did not feel overwhelmed, rushed or pressured to make any choices as I was just browsing. Store was neat and tidy. I was really impressed by the genuine care by the young lady even under a what seemed quite busy environment and will be making the move to Boots Opticians in the future once I am due for a check up. I highly recommend to drop by and visit the new branch.

Visited the new store in Trinity Walk, Wakefield. Amjit, Ranjesh were both excellent. However, the service I received from Abi today was perfect. She was patient, amusing and offered great advice and support. Well done! And thanks to Sally for your ongoing help :-)

Sauce was amazing with my mum he understood what she wanted and helped her with choosing her glasses. He was very good with taking the information that was needed. My mum would go back because of the amazing customer service she received

on behalf of my partner - the service provided from sauce and mike on getting my 3 year old glasses was amazing. mike went above and beyond to make my child feel seen&welcome. gave them stickers and lots of high five's. sauce was amazing with us with the pricing and being professional. a really pleasant visit and very happy:)
