Got my eye exam done and ordered glasses. They arrived in a week but the prescription was too strong, so they did another eye exam free of charge and sent out my glasses to get fixed. It took a week and a half the second time. Nice employees and a great selection of frames -- after going to two other stores with small sad selections, it was a little overwhelming to have so many cute options here lol

The Doc was very nice maybe he could slow it a little while flipping through the diffrant lenses. so people can let there eye adjust.
But the young man who helped out before seeing the eye doc was nice and helpful .
The people in the front could be more helpful I had to ask what section I could choose from for Bi focols I get that its our choice but they need to be a little more on the ball . And its been 2 weeks since I bought the glasses and had the appointment still have not heard back.?

If you are nervous to go here because of the previous reviews regarding the doctor that works at this location I really wouldn't worry. We had an exam for myself and my five year old today and the doctor was patient and kind and very knowledgeable. My child didnt need glasses so we spent between $70-$80 for his exam and my exam was free and I spent $250 for two pairs of glasses with blue light protection and anti glare which really is all an incredible deal with no vision insurance. Super looking forward to picking up my glasses when they come in!

Every time I have come every one there has been polite and courteous.
They are patient as we have tried to decide on frames. I was able to schedule all my kids and myself for an exam on the same day and they were thorough and efficient.
I have really been impressed with the clinic and all the ladies that have helped me every time I have gone in.

Awful experience, grumpy staff, especially the doctor, not friendly whatsoever, straight business, didn't even say hi just sat us down in the chair and started the exam, rude, not as cheap as they say or advertise. Awful customer service. Never going back and will tell everyone how awful our experience was! So disappointed.

Ange was so helpful when I was searching for the new perfect pair(s) of glasses! She helped me find frames that fit me and my personality, made sure I understood all the additional options, and walked me through everything so kindly. Everyone was so awesome when I went to pick up my new glasses. They were complimentary and made me feel like a million bucks. Glad I chose the American Fork location when I realized I needed to update my prescription.
