My new location for glasses. I went in and was immediately greeted. Chris was super quick, I was in and got an exam and was out picking glasses within about 20 to thirtyish minutes. Chris then handed me off to Olivia, who was hilarious and very sweet. She helped me pick out some glasses as I don't trust myself to pick some anymore. She helped me go through their entire inventory. Then when we sat down, she was really thorough at making sure I was taken care of and made me laugh the whole time. My glasses took about a week which was super quick. I went in and put them on and Chris helped me again to make sure they measured on my face and fit the way I wanted them to. He adjusted them maybe six or seven times for me. Overall great experience and it's weird, but I can't wait to see them again lol. Also shout out to the other team members working on both days that I went in. They were super sweet, funny, and welcoming. The eye doctor himself was also very sweet.

I've gone to this Visionworks's office for about eight years. I've never had a bad experience and the quality of care, customer service, and glasses I get are outstanding. I just got my new glasses today and I want to give a big shout out to Olivia, who helped me make my decision and went through how to choose the right components of my glasses. I want to thank Dr. Hadlock for giving me a great eye exam and also helping me to navigate a family history of macular degeneration. Cris is the supervisor who works in this office and he takes great care of customers. As you can tell, I know the store personnel well and they are great to work with. I make sure my husband and my kids come here.

We went to visionworks for the 1st time this Dec. It has been an awful experience. The girl that was helping my son before the vision test was nice to my son but was absolutely rude to me. When we purchased glasses the sales people were confusing on the price for a second pair so we decided to get only one pair. We were told the anti glare was included in the price. After my son came home with his glasses we realized they did not have the anti glare so we went back to have that fixed. We were told it was not included. If we had been told that from the start we would have paid for it and saved us a trip back to the store and they had to send them back in and it would take a week to get them back. Today we went back in to picked up his glasses and after we left my son said he was a little sad they didn't give him his case back. They did not return his brand new expensive Ray Bans in their original case. They gave him some old visionworks case. We have been their 4 times to get 1 pair of glasses and every time the employees have been rude. I would like my sons Ray Ban case returned but I couldn't take to a live person when I called. What a joke.

Heather was super helpful! She was able to guide me and help pick out my awesome new glasses. She explained everything so nicely, and efficiently. I would definitely request Heather if you are going into visionworks. She definitely needs a raise!

Took time to help me find the Sunglasses I wanted for prescription. They made it really easy to pick what glasses I wanted and that would help me the most with my prescriptions.

My wife and I took our eye exams and picked out our eye glasses back in July. Had a great and smooth experience. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I ran into a slight issue with my glasses but was taken care of. Thank you, we'll come back again!

Was given ample time to browse options. Once I made a choice, I was quickly helped with lense options. The gentleman was very kind and explained every option with lots of patience. Never felt hurried or like a burden. I felt welcomed. Plus: the gentleman that helped me was very handsome.

Great if you're looking for a clown show. The clerks were debating for 25 minutes as to whether or not I have vision insurance (I do and VisionWorks takes it). If the service behind the counter is this bad then I am certainly not going to trust my eyes to them.
