Dr. Smart did my cataract surgery this week. I'm very impressed with his professionalism, patience and calmness. My outcome is excellent.

Dr Smart and Dr. Young are GREAT, the staff at their office is exceptional. Both doctors Smart and Young have great doctor patient personalities. The South Point Surgery Center is state of the art, painless, quick and easy. I can see like I used to.

I had cataracts removed by Dr. Smart Everything went really well. After surgery my eye sight really improved within hours, Dr. Smart deserves the highest accolades I want to highly praise the staff BOTH at the office and the surgicenter. They were all terrific! Just a great experience overall!

Both Dr Smart and his assistant are friendly, thorough and give excellent care. My cateract surgeries were wonderfully successful, and the care both before and after outstanding!

On Thursday, October 2nd my right eye went haywire and I thought it was probably just allergies. However, it was still bad the next day which was a Friday. Late in the day my wife ordered me to get ahold of Dr. Young, our ophthalmologist, and make an appointment for the coming week. I got ahold of him just as they were closing and explained to him what I was experiencing. His exact words were, "how soon can you be to my office? I need to see you immediately." He met me at his new office after hours, unlocked the doors and examined my right eye. He told me he would get me in to see a retina specialist on Monday. Which he did. As it turns out, I had suddenly developed a macular hole. I had surgery in the Salt Lake City area on Monday, October 27th. Thanks to Dr. Young, I will be able to retain the vision in my right eye as soon as my eye has healed from a successful surgery. And this isn't all ... my wife was born blind in her right eye and developed ocular hypertension which is the precursor to glaucoma in her left eye close to 10 years ago. Dr. Young has aggressively treated her only good eye to stabilize the intraocular pressure to prevent her from getting glaucoma and damage to her optic nerve. A few months ago she had her most recent field of vision test and received a score of 100%. For good reason we think the world of Dr. Young. He's truly from the old school. He cares deeply and personally for his patients. Thank you Dr. Young for helping both of us keep and maintain our vision. We appreciate you more than words can justifiably describe.

As always you all are great to work with. I had questions and Wednesday afternoon Jake called me and put my mind to rest. Then Thursday morning McKenna called me to make sure everything was okay. You can't ask for anymore then that! Thank you so much!

My husband and I recently got married and moved from Salt Lake County to Logan for a job. I needed to find a new doctor for new contacts and an updated prescription. II've been going to eye doctors for the majority of my life and Dr. Parry is already contending for the spot of my favorite doctor ever! He was kind, professional, had impeccable bedside manners and checked my eyes thoroughly. I highly reccomend this office! Clean, inviting, and friendly receptionists/staff.

I've never had bad experiences with the doctors and the only reason I'm rating this office this low is because I called to get new contacts. The woman I talked to was rude from the beginning of the phone call. She told me my prescription was expired and I tried to ask if a doctor could approve my current prescription because I don't have anymore and I need them urgently. She told me "Stop talking and listen". I barely got a word in the 4 minute phone call but she told me TWICE to "stop talking". I have never been spoken to by anyone in customer service like that. I was honestly shocked. I will never come back here again and I've been a client since I was a child.
