My wife and I had a fantastic experience getting glasses here. Audrey, one of the associates, was super helpful and took the time to help us. She boosted my wife's confidence and helped her find 2 pairs of glasses that she is really excited about. The glasses are good quality for a decent price. Definitely would recommend getting glasses here. Thanks Audrey!

Our experience was super good. The staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. I'm just two hours time, our patient was examined, saw the doctor to get a prescription, then selected frames and was fitted, then waited a very short inte for the lab tech to build the glasses. Everything was affordable. Overall great experience.

I came here because my daughter could not find any frames she liked at the doctor's office we went to. I decided to come here because I knew they had a large selection on the wall. My daughter wanted something very specific. Initially they did not have what we wanted up on the wall. Despite the large selection, one of the ladies helped us find many others that were not up on the wall and one of them was perfect for what my daughter wanted. Their pricing was reasonable and we even got a second pair free due to a deal they have going right now. My daughter was very pleased, and I was happy to get in and out fairly quickly. Also, big bonus, we're able to get the glasses in less than an hour. And she wore them out the door, that was very impressive.

Got my glasses and a second pair free for a super great price. They were also ready in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend!

These guys were great to work with and helped us on a very busy day. Their GM is great, and our glasses were ready in under an hour. Their manager spent a lot of time showing me dozens of frames, giving me her honest and helpful opinion, and narrowing it down to the perfect pair. Will definitely be going back!

Audrey was the most amazing person I've worked with at eyemart express.. she helped me pick out the glasses that looked best on me, cuz I'm not good at fashion.... Being a salesman for 30+years I said to her don't tell me I get 2 pair of glasses for $39.99, tell me the total price... frames and lenses she said that's the price, lenses and frames but full disclosure just so u know, that is plastic lenses, it will be more if you want glass or polycarbonate lenses! I said now that's what I wanted, full disclosure because all I need them for is when I take my contacts out and wear them only at night!! She got them ordered for me and had them ready in 14 minutes and I had 2 pair of glasses for $41.00 after tax! THANK YOU AUDREY!

Re-writing my old review. I would not advise anyone to go there unless they are informed of what they could be potentially dealing with. 1. I went there, Au### helped me get good glasses. The lenses were expensive that online seemed like a heaven in comparison. 2. The frames I got had too long legs, kept falling off my face. Called them for return. Here is the part that made me never want to go back. The first time someone picked up, said Au### isn't available, and just said ok and we hung up?! Very unhelpful. 3. The second time i called I just wanted to return the glasses (less than 2 weeks), the manager picked up and said they do not offer returns. I was fortunate that the quality team responded to my previous review, so I called them on the number provided. Turns out the manager is a liar, you can have a return and refund! 4. Called the manager again, asked for a refund, she said we don't do that, I told her what the quality team said and she was like "oh yeah come to the store we can do a return". I don't even know how she climbed enough to be a manager when she is such a bold liar?! This company need to revise their criteria for managerial positions.

The eye doctor is awesome, however the glasses portion of the establishment does not accept Medicaid as advertised. My recommendation would be to avoid if you are looking to get your glasses covered by Medicaid. I personally, prefer, to purchase my glasses at the same place the exam takes place.
