Dr. Michael Conklin, OD - Murray Optometrist

I needed to see an eye doctor that accepted my new insurance and could fit me in in the evening after work. I was glad to have found this little gem. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The doctor was very much on time and personable. More importantly, he was knowledgeable and took the time to actually talk to me about my vision and my dry eye issues instead of rushing me through like other eye doctors have. He even gave me some drops to try and taught me some things about my eyes I hadn't heard before. Very pleased, thanks doctor!

My first visit to Classic Optical was a good experience. The women at the front desk were nice. I did not wait long at all and I actually did not see any other patients while I was there. One of the assistants quickly did the preliminary checks and showed me into the doctors office. Doctor Lynch was polite and professional and sincerely expressed the desire to help me find the right contacts for me. I have always had a hard time finding a pair of contacts that works well in my right eye. She promised to do everything she can until we make it work. After the initial exam she said that I have allergies which is probably the largest cause of my contact discomfort and she prescribed allergy eye drops. No other doctor has said that I have allergies and I am unable to verify it although it does make sense. She had me try multiple types of contacts and finally sent me home with two pair to test over the next couple of weeks. She gave me new peroxide cleaner kits and a sample bottle of the allergy drops. She told me to return with my favorite pair and if that does not work that we will continue the search for the best. Most doctors give up and I appreciate her efforts. After meeting with the doctor one of the assistants worked with me for about 15 minutes looking at frames. I struggled to find comfortable frames and they have a small selection and we only found two pair that were comfortable and they unfortunately had limited color choices. I will probably buy frames somewhere else for reasons of selection.

The staff at Classic optical is amazing and got me in right away after I scratched my cornea! I am very thankful for everyone at Classic Optical for helping me without notice when I has in such discomfort! Dr. Conklin was very personable and made sure I understood the nature of my visit and the follow up care needed. I recommend Classic Optical and will be a patient for life!

The best care at Classic Optical by Dr. Bernadette Lynch with a complicated eye issue. She is very detailed and explains everything which is nice when you are facing the possible loss of vision. She went out of her way to make me comfortable which let me work and not worry. I never write reviews, but for this - had to. Would recommend 100%.

Went to this provider due to convenience and our vision plan. It had been a while since our last exams. The service was prompt and on time, and the staff was attentive. Felt like maybe we were being oversold on the examination because we really just wanted updated prescriptions. Had the feeling that we were visiting an Ophthalmologist rather than an Optometrist. We paid premium prices for the services! The finish on the frame is already chipping off easily, and the frame was expensive and new. Parking was a hassle - not that easy in and out.

Amazing doctor and staff! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions and made sure my needs for glasses were met. The only doctor I go to! They have fantastic selection of frames and sunglasses as well. Highly recommend!

Dr.Conklin is AMAZING! His staff is always friendly, and the provider himself is very knowledgeable and personable. He takes his time with each patient and I feel he has my best interest in mind at every appointment. Highly recommended!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even offered to fix my broken glasses for free once they saw that I was holding them together with a paper clip (one side was missing a screw). Pricing for my contact eye exam was normal. No complaints.
