The young women that got my preliminary check out done was very pleasant and gave me some good information on eye care. Dr Kirsten asked questions to find out what my concerns are, had a test done and explained clearly what he recommended. I left and felt fully confident that he had a great plan for my situation. Very Happy

Im giving this eye center 2 stars because they do have good eye doctors. Do not count on any help what so ever when looking for eye frames. The employees seemed annoyed with me asking the two questions I asked. I grabbed my daughter and left. I suggest seeing there doctors then leaving and choosing your frames elsewhere..

Location close to home, spotless waiting room area, fast check-in, less than 5 minutes wait time. Dr. Reddy and staff were very caring, efficient, and had results in My Chart within a couple of hours.

Today I went to an appointment with a close friend of mine. I was with her for the entirety of her exam with Kim Taylor. without giving to much personal information about my friend she has been diagnosed by 3 other eye doctors in the past all saying that she has glaucoma, astigmatism and cataracts. Doctor Taylor was very short in any response and insisted that she does not have any of the previous diagnosis and that she only has normal age related issues and would not benefit from eyeglasses at all. she had a patch on her eye as well as glasses and contacts most of her life so without a doubt she does have issues with her vision. we both had asked him to please explain how he was determining that she doesn't need glasses and according to him wouldn't benefit from them. Dr. Taylor just kept saying I don't know what to tell you it just is what it is instead of explaining anything at all. my friend also told him that she has been using readers to try and read her mail etc. so he checked the strength of the ones she had with her and told her they were a three and if she insists on using readers then she very specifically needs to use a 1.75 strength. she asked for a second opinion to be given by another provider while we were there if possible due to her being on Medicaid she only gets one exam per year and seeing Dr Taylor was not beneficial to her in the least. He refused and told her she would need to reschedule with someone a different day. upon leaving she and I met with the manager named Doug at the eyeglass center the next door over to at least try to understand what Dr Taylor put on her prescription. Doug stated that according to the prescription Dr Taylor gave she does have an astigmatism and that not only would she benefit from glasses but he recommends she gets progressives due to the severity of her vision. not only that but by doing the calculations of the numbers Dr Taylor put on her prescription himself she would need to have a 4 for readers which is even stronger than the 3 she had been using and far far stronger than the 1.75 Dr Taylor insisted she should use. I have personally used Moran for myself and have always had excellent and caring doctors. I am appalled at Kim Taylors attitude and behavior. Not only did he belittle her for asking clarifying questions but he made an already stressful situation so much more stressful. All other staff that I have personally dealt with and encountered on several different occasions have been very helpful and kind. I referred her to Moran for this reason and am sad that she was not treated with the same kindness, dignity and respect. I hope in the future Moran sees to it that ALL staff are treating patients with the respect and care that is deserved.

I saw Dr. Lin for PRK and she must be one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is very approachable, well-spoken, and thoughtful, and her expertise is self-evident. I trusted her and her team completely. They were with me every step of the way and I never felt pressured; on the contrary, they explained the details of the procedures available so I could make the right decision. I started around -7/-8 glasses and am floored at the results as I now have 20/15 vision. Highly, highly recommend these amazing professionals!

Some of the world's best doctors are here. Dr Myers & Dr Mifflin. I've had multiple cornea transplants knee issues and was in a bad situation there for a minute where I was told I wasn't possibly going to be able to see you for the rest of my life. However with the blessing hands of Dr Mifflin and his amazing staff they allow me to see you again it was a lot of work but worth putting in for sure they are a experienced staff that know what they're talking about so if you have any issues with your eyes I highly recommend stopping here and seeing them because you will have no issues or concerns (hopefully when you leave). And then was recommended to Dr mifflin's "Ace" Dr Myers. What's then fitted me for a contact lens that especially made for my eye he is truly a blessing. He actually goes above and beyond in two lengths that I've never seen with my eyes before with other doctors he did a test that I didn't even know existed for my eyes and when I asked him about it. He said that it is because he wants to make sure that I'm getting the best adequate care there is, in to getting me back to seeing again. Thank you both for everything you guys have done for me. I'm truly forever a client of yours. I highly recommend Moran Eye Center at Midvalley!

We see Dr. Meyer here for my 2 year old son who has an eye disease and we couldn't recommend him or this location more! We always get in super quickly and barely have to wait and Dr. Meyer is incredible. So kind, patient and knowledgeable and really takes time to explain things to us and has put in a lot of work helping my son with his vision! We also have met with one of the residents Noell and she was amazing too!

This has been the hardest company to deal with my son has a medical condition called karatakonis Dr. Myers told him it would be a medical necessity to have these contacts that he needs. These contacts are $1000 a year. Our insurance said the billing codes would be approved if it is medically necessary and to get this company to even send in a claim has been the hardest Thing to deal with it makes no sense . The doctors were great, but once we got into the contact area it's been miserable. I was referred to Christie, which is a manager there I guess and she told us that by law they don't have to send a claim because they are not in contract with FEP blue vision. My son doesn't have that insurance he only has medical insurance and this is a medical necessity. Our insurance is asking for medical records and they are not sending them. Now we have been sent to collections it has been the biggest headache. I highly do not recommend coming here. We have been going back and forth with our insurance trying to help to a Moran Eye Center not doing what they are asked to do. I am 12 reprimand in private and promote in public, but this is so frustrating. I truly hope someone sees this and helps me . Who can afford $1000 contacts yearly ? Plus the $400 contact sitting that should also be covered by our insurance all they need to do is do what our insurance is requesting . I would recommend going elsewhere. To many hands in the pot no one knows what the other is doing . Poorly operated
