Peata and Dr Helman we absolutely Fantastic. Been to a number of optometrists who just dd not resolve the complexity of my condition. I am absolutely thrilled and happy with the care they provided. Peata was so incredibly kind and helpful. Don't waste your time going elsewhere

I came in to get my vision test and new pair of glasses and Peata was amazing she went above and beyond to explain to me what would be my best fit for me, we talked about what my needs were and I'm telling you I'm Leaving a very happy customer, totally recommend

I only came here since I could get scheduled with my optometrist and I needed to get contacts. Day of my exam the staff was very cold. We didn't get welcomed, checking in felt like a burden and they seemed to prioritize calls vs those in store. The exam itself self was fine, after though the doctor gave me one pair of trial lenses without asking me a preference other than brand (didn't ask if I'd want monthly/daily, overnight wear) it's been a few years since I had contacts so I just went with it. When he took me out front to check out, I ended up waiting a while for the manager to finish with other clients to check me out, even though there were other staff up there. That was all for exam day, a week and a half later I accidentally loose one of my contacts and I only had the one trial pair. I call to see if I can get a single lense just until my contacts I ordered through them came in, I was left on hold for 15 minutes waiting for the desk person to ask the manager. That was after they just tried to order me another box, something I was not looking to do. They didn't have the brand and type of lense they gave me before so they gave me a different one. When I went to pick it up I asked about my order if they knew where it was (also not greeted, just glared at by desk person on the phone and manager with a customer) , manager said that they checked the tracking while I was coming to the store and they were still out for delivery. I knew this was false because after they ordered the contacts I got tracking information and my contacts were delivered 3 days ago. They said that it could've been put in a different box and anyone in the strip mall could have my contacts. Didn't really offer much help with that. While I was in picking up the contact there were multiple times where the person on desk would tell the person over the phone that they would need to ask the manager about that. It just seems they can't trust their employees other than the one manager who is stretched thin. I will not be going back, and I will be getting my contacts from somewhere else. I went in to pick up my contacts, had them check the amount that's supposed to be covered by insurance, knowing I have $180 covered but they were only covering $160 according to Pearle. On top of that the first set they quoted me on was $32 a box, why did they use the whole $160 for two boxes at $32? This review is published after I got the contacts I ordered since I was worried I wouldn't get them if I posted this before.

The doctor was the only positive thing about my entire experience the day of my exam I couldn't put my order in because the system's password was changed was told id get a call to pay and move forward 3 days later still no call I called them when trying to pay for my glasses was put on hold for 40 minutes finally put the order through called Monday the 23 was told they'd be ready Friday the 27 called the Thursday before the 26 was told they couldn't find the tracking number got a call back almost 2 hours later said they'd be ready Monday the 30th which is the day I'm leaving for a 20 hour rode trip which I disclosed the day of my exam and needed the glasses before then only to get all frustrated and get a text today the 27 the glasses were ready I've never had a place be so unorganized before will not be returning I appreciate the response but there is nothing wrong with the insurance it's used by 2 other people no problems I believe I was forgotten about or just not called which is rude and it's also rude and unprofessional to not take responsibility when mistakes happen
