Everything was fine until the very end. I asked the lady helping me how I can fix my glasses, the part thay goes over my ear and she broke it. It was the opposite one. There was nothing wrong with that side. She apologized and I asked to speak to the manager. All she told me was sorry they are not liable because they are so pld and brittle. They were 3 years old and never had i damaged them.. I didn't want anything free but it was just a terrible experience These are my glasses that I use for everyday use. I came here because I had a great experience when I brought my son ti get his glasses.

Everyone took such great care of me. I made my appointment pretty last minute and was able to get in the same day. 20/10 experience. I'll definitely come back next year when I need to get examined again. Circling back on this: my glasses came in sooner than their estimated time! Woohoo!

Everyone was very pleasant, welcoming and patient. Our provider was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what we needed. We definitely felt like we were wanted there and staff were willing to help. It wasn't a short process choosing which frames we wanted and we are really grateful for the staffs patience again, and kindness.

Eileen helped me find the perfect frames! She is very helpful, and kind. I always enjoy going to VisionWorks and looking at their frame selection. I am especially happy every time I see Eileen who is very knowledgeable and makes sure I find the perfect glasses every time!

This was the best experience I've ever had at the eye doctor Everyone here is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I felt listened to and taken care of. Each staff member took the time to answer my questions + make sure I had a quality experience. There was no pressure or upselling, just genuinely good advice and good service. And the whole process took less than 30 minutes. 10/10 experience. Thank you guys!!

This is a slightly late review, all of this happened back in 2023/2024. I went in for an eye test and ordered a set of eyeglasses and a set of sunglasses in December 2023. The eyeglasses came in without a problem in January 2024, but they said the sunglasses were delayed and they would let me know when they had more in. I didn't hear anything for a month, so I called in February, they said they are still working with the manufacturer and would call when they had anymore info. I did hear anything again, so I called in March and got the same answer. Didn't hear anything again so I called late March and got the same answer. Didn't hear anything again so I called in April and got the same answer. I didn't hear anything again so I called in May and they final figured out where my sunglasses were and let me pick them up. Grand total, I waited from December 2023 to May 2024 for sunglasses and I truly believe that I would never have gotten them if I didn't continuously call them every month (sometimes every week). Since then, they have consistently sent me junk mail, which is frustrating because I had such a bad experience and seeing the junk mail just reminds me of that. They may have changed since then, but I am not sure

I have been going to Visionworks for at least 20 years. I have never been disappointed with their level of service from the eye doctor to the glasses. Thay are always kind and professional ready to help.

Both doctors who conducted my eye exam were excellent, made the process quick and easy, and were very polite. The receptionist also made sure to ask about every single enhancement to my glasses to ensure i got what i wanted. The place was super clean and i loved that the glasses were organized by shape and gender and by price tags! It made it very easy to choose what kind of glasses i wanted. Also to set up an appointment is super easy. I set up my brothers appointment 2 days prior to going in and I set up an appointment the same day after seeing how great they were with my brother. 5 stars no doubt!
