Probably the best experience I've ever had at an eye clinic (and I've been to about 5)! The entire staff was so kind and welcoming. Jenny was incredibly helpful and understanding while helping me navigate my insurance ahead of time, and she and Katelyn made me feel like they knew me when I arrived and that I wasn't just another patient. PJ was so kind too, and I really appreciated the alternative exam tool instead of the puff of air! Dr. Smith took the time to explain the health of my eyes using the images which I thought was great. I appreciated Kate walking me through my options for purchasing contacts, but not putting pressure on me to buy them then and there. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I had my first visit here last night & every bit of it was excellent! I just had a routine exam for contacts & glasses, but I never felt like the staff was rushing and they took their time to make sure things were done well & right. Dr. Smith gave me much more thorough information about my eyes than I've received from other providers, so I left confident that my prescriptions were just right.
Paige & Tracy were such angels when it came time to pick frames. They were honest & so helpful to point out things I wouldn't have thought of. I ended up with the cutest frames at a price I was comfortable with!
I'm so glad to have finally found an eye doctor that I want to return to!

This has been one of my best medical type office experiences, and everyone at the office was absolutely fantastic to work with. This was my first time going for an eye exam, which led to me having to get glasses, and the whole team walked me easily though a process I knew nothing about. I strongly recommend this place. Dr. Lewis was fantastic!
Kaili was so amazing to work with for the initial exam, and Kate helped me find my glasses--and she was so patient and fun as I tried on what felt like every glasses pair in the store, helping me find the fit and style that works for me. This was just a great experience overall, and I am just delighted to that I found this place.

This is my second year coming to the Eye clinic & Aesthetics. Every single time I come in, I have had a positive experience! I've been to lots of eye doctors in the past 10 years and this is the first place where I have felt truly heard and had all my concerns addressed and answered. They give you options with no pressure to spend insane money. At my most recent appointment Jenny checked me in and made sure everything went smoothly. I had PJ perform all the test and he made sure to explain everything so there were no surprises! Dr. Smith performed my exams and he was very easy to talk to. Kate helped me order my new glasses and contacts and made sure I understood all the costs. I definitely recommend Eye Clinic & Aesthetics and will be a customer here for life.
