Melissa, Theresa and Cindy are a wonderful team. This eye care center has always been so gracious to me and helpful. They have fixed my glasses many many times!! Always kind and helpful! No matter the staff! Always smart and figuring things out. I would recommend them out to anyone and everyone in Utah County! Even if you don't buy your original frames there, they are always willing to help! So much love for you guys!! Thank you!! :) :) :)

Excellent experience! I have seen Dr. Brockbank for years, and I think that is very helpful for him to know and tell me the history of my eye changes during that time. He even told me that even though I have had one dominant eye, he said that my vision with correction (what I was prescribed) actually improved my vision to 20/20 - something I didn't have with previous correction. I then bought new glasses and the staff were very knowledge able about what options I had, helped me feel comfortable trying on many eyeglasses, and didn't pressure me. I actually bought the glasses that were the best value and looked the best on me.

Wow. Had to do the front office job for Morgan (the employee) today. I called in and also made an online appointment for new lenses and frames. Btw I was planning on spending close to a 1,000.00 dollars for some Pro Design frames and new lenses. They will not get my business or my money after interfacing with her. I also witnessed her being rude to an elderly woman and while in the back talking on the phone to someone else saying rude things bout the customer. I ended up calling my insurance to verify benefits because she obviously did not want to work today. By the end of 20 minutes with her energy and not wanting her to help me pick out glasses I left and will spend my money elsewhere. Horrible service.

We love Insight Eye Care! Our family has been coming here for years and I just picked up my latest pair of glasses on Saturday. The Dr.'s are thorough in their exams as well as friendly and professional. We love Melissa and her optical staff too! Insight's frame selection is AMAZING! I wear glasses full time so I am always on the hunt for great looking frames and I always have the hardest time deciding because there are just so many great styles to choose from. My 7 year old daughter was also just fitted for her first pair of glasses from Insight and we just couldn't be happier with how they turned out. My daughter loves them!!

Melissa and Anne have been a treat to work with! We've been getting our general optometry and optical services from them for the past 5 years! We've had nothing but good services from them.

I simply can't say enough about the friendly professionalism of the good folks at Inspire Eye Care. I've now purchased 3 pairs of eyeglasses from them, and they have been exceptional with respect to their optometry skills, their expert assistance in picking out and then fitting just the right frames, and their willingness to make adjustments when something didn't turn out just right. Their "customer first" business mentality and overall friendly demeanor is hard to beat. Highly recommended.

I have been taking my family to Insight Eye Care since they opened. My husband and I both wear glasses as well as 2 of my children. The service there is kind and friendly and knowledgeable. I worked in the optical industry myself for a few years and know the quality product they produce. They very accommodating to our very busy schedules. When my husband stepped on his new glasses they were unable to repair them they were great at getting us set up with new ones at no extra charge. My girls love their glasses, and we can't wait to get down there and order new ones for ourselves.
