I think so highly of Doctor Stringham. Borh he and the attending assistants I've interacted with have shown me kindness and empathy. They remain just as caring and helpful and take time to listen to my concerns.

Jack Stringham is one of thee BEST doctors i have ever met. He made a crazy scary day so much more comforting, he performed a same day retina surgery on my husband after he saw 3 doctors back to back ending with Dr. Stringham diagnosing a retinal detachment. He was so kind and professional about adding us into his day. Each follow up he remembers us as individuals and is reasonable with his requests for seeing us back, I don't feel like he just cares to take all our money which is so nice. Excited to have him lasering my husbands other eye now!

These people are amazing! Dr. Isom was so compassionate and easy to talk to. He listened to me, and answered all my questions, and did such a good job on my surgery (vitrectomy and scar tissue removal). I felt in very good hands. I was afraid to have that surgery, but he put my mind at ease. The medical assistants at the office are also amazing. They are so knowledgeable, and clear in their explanations. The entire office is wonderful. And the doctors and assistants were so available whenever I had a question or concern. I cannot say enough good about this group.

Visited here with my girlfriend who is having vision problems. She was referred here to treat a retinal tear.
While we were in the exam room and the door was partially open, I saw one of the employees (nurse? Assistant? Idk, someone in scrubs) walk by, talking to someone I couldn't see, and in the most mocking tone and facial expression I've ever seen, say "hELP me I cAn'T sEe" with little hand waves, clearly making fun of another patient.
I don't know who it was but someone with such a lack of empathy and awful manners like that should NOT be in the healthcare industry, trusted to help people with their eyes? I'm sure glad he wasn't the one doing our exam.
